Grilled Pizza is a layered traditional pizza with a soft cheese combination, a little spice, thin cut salami topping all sweetened up by honey drizzled over top. Grilled to perfection.
Preheat a grill on high heat, about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Tear a large square of Reynolds Foil and brush it with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Roll the 1 store bought pizza dough onto the foil and top with 3 tablespoons pizza sauce, 4 ounces grated Mozzarella cheese, 4 ounces goat cheese, ¼ cup roasted red peppers, and 10 slices salami.
Pick up the edges of the foil and place it directly on the grill. Close the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges begin to char.
Remove the pizza from the grill and transfer it to a cutting board. Drizzle with honey and red pepper flakes before serving.
