Add 1 cup cayenne pepper hot sauce, ½ cup unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar, ½ tablespoon worchestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder to a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a full boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes while whisking occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and serve warm.
