Add ¾ cup milk, ¼ cup water, 2 large eggs, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, and ¼ cup granulated sugar to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Heat a crepe pan or 10-nch pan over medium-high heat. Lightly grease the pan with nonstick cooking spray and add ⅓-½- cup of crepe batter to the center of it. Quickly but carefully tilt the pan around until the batter is evenly distributed over the bottom of the pan.
Cook for about 1 minute until the bottom is dry and cooked, then flip the crepe and cook for another 30-60 seconds until the second side is cooked through. Remove to a plate and cover with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
Serve the crepes warm and top with strawberry sauce or fresh berries and whipped cream.
