Honey Balsamic Garlic Mushrooms are sautéed in the most incredible honey balsamic garlic sauce. This makes an excellent topping for steak or chicken or is even great as a side dish!
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add 16 ounces whole or sliced mushrooms and season with salt,t and ground black pepper, to taste. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the mushrooms start to become tender.
In a small bowl whisk ¼ cup balsamic vinegar,1 tablespoon honey, and 4 teaspoons minced garlic. Add the sauce to the mushrooms and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes, until the sauce reduces and the mushrooms are tender.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
