Ingredients

fresh salmon
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste

tablespoons
olive oil
1
tablespoon
dijon mustard
1
tablespoon
honey
3
teaspoons
minced garlic
1
tablespoon
finely chopped fresh parsley
1
teaspoon
finely chopped fresh thyme
Instructions
Preheat the oven to broil on high, and position a rack in the center of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay
1 ½ pounds fresh salmon
skin side down on the parchment paper and sprinkle
salt
and
ground black pepper
over the top of it.
In a small bowl, mix
2 tablespoons olive oil
,
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
,
1 tablespoon honey
,
3 teaspoons minced garlic
,
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
, and
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
. Spread evenly over the salmon.
Place the baking sheet on the center rack about 6 inches from the heat, and broil for 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
