Add the 2 pounds flank steak and the 1 cup Steak Marinade, to a zip lock bag, seal it, and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Slice the steak into strips against the grain.
Heat the 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 2-3 minutes until the steak is cooked to the desired doneness. Remove the steak and set aside on a plate.
Add the 16 ounces sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Remove and set on the plate with the steak.
Add the 3 tablespoons butter, ¼ cup chicken broth, juice of one lemon, and ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes to the skillet. Bring the liquid to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer.
Add the steak and mushrooms back to the skillet with the simmering liquid. Toss to warm up and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
