Million Dollar Chicken features juicy baked chicken topped with a creamy, cheesy layer that’s bursting with flavor. The crispy bacon and crunchy almonds really take this to the next level. Enjoy with rice, pasta, vegetables, or any of your favorite sides!
Prepare a 9X13X2 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray, and preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the bacon until crispy, chop it into pieces, and set aside.
Pound the chicken breasts with a meat tenderizer until they are an even ½ inch thick. Season all sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a bowl mix together the cooked and chopped bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, 2 tablespoons of green onions, and 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds.
Place the seasoned chicken into the prepared baking dish, and spread the cream cheese mixture on top of each chicken breast evenly.
Bake the chicken for 18-20 minutes, the internal temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with the remaining 2 tablespoons green onions and 2 tablespoons slivered almonds.
