Add the butter and olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium.
Lay the slices of bread out on a baking sheet or a clean surface. Combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl, then divide it among the pieces of bread until they each have a light layer on them.
For each sandwich, add 1 slice of Swiss cheese to either side of the bread, then 2 slices of ham on one piece of bread. Add one more slice of Swiss on top of the ham.
Add 2 slices of turkey on top of the cheese and ham, then top it with the other side of the bread for each sandwich.
Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl before carefully dredging each side of the bread until coated, then add the sandwich to the hot skillet. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the meats and cheese are heated throughout.
Slice the sandwiches in half before dusting them with powdered sugar and serving with raspberry jam on the side.

Storage Tip: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for 1 minute or air fryer for a few minutes to crisp.
