Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In a medium-sized bowl add the 2 cups long grain rice,1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, 1 (14-ounce) can chicken broth, and 1 envelope onion soup mix.
Stir the rice and sauce ingredients together until smooth and combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Place the 4 large boneless pork chops, on top of the rice mixture and season with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper,.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until the pork is cooked throughout and no longer pink. No Peeking!
