Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out 1 recipe Quick and Easy Pizza Dough into a large rectangle, about 14X12 inches.
Spread 1 cup Homemade Pizza Sauce, sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, then layer 6 ounces pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
Carefully roll the dough and filling ingredients into a large log.
Brush the rolled log with 2 teaspoons melted butter. Sprinkle with ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese and ½ teaspoon garlic salt.
Place the pepperoni rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and baked through.
