In a large bowl, combine 2 cups all-purpose flour, ¼ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast, and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir to combine.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together ¾ cup warm water, ¼ cup plain yogurt, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Add the water mixture to the flour mixture until the dough starts to come together. Lightly flour your your hands and knead into a ball.
Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it rise and double in size in a warm area, about 1 hour.
Lightly flour a clean surface and shape the dough into a rectangle shape and cut it into about 8 equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll out each piece of dough to about ¼ inch thickness.
Preheat a skillet to medium high heat. You want the skillet to be very hot! Place the dough onto the hot skillet and flip after about 30 seconds when bubbles start to form and it turns brown. Flip to the other side and cook until it is golden brown and blacked about a minute more.
In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup melted unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and pinch of sea salt. Stir to combine.
