My dough stayed sticky no matter how much flour I added & was quite difficult to work with… no idea what i did wrong. But the taste was great regardless, so i definitely will be makin this bread again (albeit with less sugar, it was a bit too sweet for me).

I made these last night. They were terrific. I used approximately 0.16 cup of sugar, instead of 0.25 cup. That was perfect for me. Iwill definitely make them again. I don’t understand the posts stating that there is too much liquid; it was perfect. I would like to know, what pan is best to use to cook them? I used my stainless steel pan, and it was so hard to clean afterwards. I needed to use stainless steel cleaner, and lots of elbow grease.

Too much liquid? Is the water amount correct in the recipe? Or too little flour? At any rate, I added flour until I could form a ball. The Naan were tasty.

  4. Hi! Made this twice already. But there is too much liquid. So I keep adding flour. Nonetheless, it was good.

  5. Tried this today and my family really liked it ! Infact I had to do another batch few hours later

  6. I’ve never had naan bread, but would like to try it sometime. However, there are just 2 of us. Can the extra pieces be frozen for later?

    1. Yes! You can freeze it or store it in a ziplock bag or airtight container. If you like it warm you can reheat it in the oven or microwave.

Hi Alyssa, I made these a few weeks ago and my family really enjoyed them, so I am making some again today. I can send you a picture as proof!! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe.

    1. No, they are slightly different. Instant yeast can be mixed right into the dough whereas the active yeast needs to be dissolved in water.
