Soak 10 bamboo skewers in warm water at least 30 minutes or use metal skewers. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the 1 (8-ounce) tube pizza crust onto a lightly floured surface. In a small bowl, mix the ¼ cup melted unsalted butter, ¾ teaspoon garlic saltand 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil. Brush dough lightly with the butter mixture.
Cut the dough, lengthwise, into 1-inch wide strips.
Thread 5-7 of the 1 (5-ounce) package mini pepperoni slices on each skewer, leaving a 1 inch gap between each pepperoni.
Take a strip of dough and skewer one end, wrap the dough down the length of the skewer in a spiral around the pepperoni, the meat should peek through.
Wrap the end of the dough strip around the bottom of the skewer to fasten. Press the dough together on each end to be sure it sticks on the skewer.
Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with more of the butter mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until pizza dough is light golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese. return the pizza sticks to the oven for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese. Remove and serve fresh with 1 cup pizza sauce!
