In medium-sized bowl, add the 1 pound cubed New York steak,2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Add the coated steak to the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.
While the steak cooks, mix the ¼ cup melted butter, 1 teaspoon minced parsley, ½ teaspoon thyme, and ½ teaspoon minced rosemary in a small bowl.
Once the steak is cooked, toss in the garlic herb butter mixture and serve.

I recommend enjoying this recipe fresh, but leftover steak bites can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
