Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium sized bowl combine ground chicken, panko, celery, garlic, egg, green onion, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on the parchment paper. Bake for 14-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and toss in remaining sauce. Serve with blue cheese crumbles, ranch drizzle, and green onions.
