Ingredients

asparagus,
trimmed

tablespoons
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic,
minced

tablespoons
parmesan cheese,
grated
juice of one lemon
kosher salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Toss the asparagus with the olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast for 8-10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center.
Toss in the garlic, parmesan and lemon juice. Add more if desired. Serve immediately.
