Ingredients

pound
asparagus,
trimmed
2
tablespoons
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic,
minced
3
tablespoons
parmesan cheese,
grated
juice of one lemon
kosher salt and cracked black pepper,
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange
1 pound asparagus,
in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Toss the asparagus with
2 tablespoons olive oil
then sprinkle with
kosher salt and cracked black pepper,
.
Roast for 8-10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center.
Toss in
2 cloves garlic,
minced,
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese,
and
juice of one lemon
. Add more if desired. Serve immediately.
