Ingredients
¼cupbutter
2clovesminced garlic
6-8sliced rainbow carrots
¼cupchopped red onion
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium-sized skillet add ¼ cup butter. Cook over medium heat and slowly melt the butter. It will become frothy, start to turn brown, and have a nutty aroma.
Add 2 cloves minced garlic, 6-8 sliced rainbow carrots, and¼ cup chopped red onion.
Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they become soft and tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste then serve and enjoy!
Notes
If rainbow carrots aren't available at your grocery store regular carrots will also work great.
