Vibrant colored rainbow carrots get sautéed in brown butter and garlic creating a delicious side dish. They are so tender and flavorful and will become a favorite new side!
I love finding delicious new side dishes to go with dinner. I recently discovered these rainbow carrots at the grocery store and I love the vibrant color they add to the dinner table. I make them at least once a week because they are so easy and full of delicious flavor!
It is amazing how much flavor brown butter adds to a dish. It only takes a few minutes more to brown the butter to give it that extra nutty flavor. The carrots get sautéed to tender buttery garlic perfection. I added a red onion for a little more flavor and it is so simple to make. It is ready in just a matter of minutes. I love the pop of vibrant color it adds to your dish and is sure to be hit with the family!
