In a large skillet add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Season 4 boneless chicken breasts, with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the chicken on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown on each side and cook until no longer pink in the center. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.
Add 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon minced garlic, and ½ teaspoon salt to the skillet and bring it to a simmer over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken back to the skillet and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Top each piece of chicken with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese and the cooked and crumbled bacon.
Continue to simmer until the cheese melts. Garnish with sliced green onions, and diced tomato and serve!
