Ingredients

milk

can cream of chicken soup

dijon mustard

lemon juice

chicken breast

diced or sliced ham

Swiss cheese,
shredded

6-ounce
box chicken stuffing mix

tablespoons
unsalted butter,
melted
Instructions
Spray the bowl of a 4 or 6-quart slow cooker with pan spray.
Whisk together the milk, cream of chicken soup, Dijon, and lemon juice. Spread about 1 cup of the mixture in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add the chicken to the crockpot, then top with the ham and shredded cheese.
Top with the rest of the soup mixture. Cover with the stuffing mix and drizzle with butter.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
