Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Sriracha Wings are super easy to make and have amazing sweet and spicy flavor! They are fall off the bone tender and will be the hit at any party!
Add 4 pounds chicken wings to the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk ½ cup sriracha , ½ cup honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, ¼ cup packed brown sugar, and 3 teaspoons minced garlic. Pour the sauce on top of the wings.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 1-2 hours. Once the wings are done, remove them from the slow cooker and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with foil.
In a small bowl whisk together 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water, then add it to a medium saucepan with the sauce from the slow cooker. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium-high heat and whisk until the sauce has thickened.
Baste the wings with the sauce and broil on high for 2-3 minutes, until the tops of the wings are crispy and browned.
Add the wings back to the slow cooker and pour the thickened sauce over the top. Garnish with sesame seeds, and green onions,and serve immediately.
