Turkey Bacon Ranch Pinwheels are an easy wrap with turkey, bacon, ranch and cheese and are perfect for an appetizer or lunch! They are delicious served hot or cold and are sure to please your tastebuds.
In a bowl, combine the 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1-2 tablespoons milk (as needed), ¼ cup thinly sliced chives, and 12 slices cooked and diced center-cut bacon. Stir until the ingredients are completely combined and smooth.
Spread about 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly on each 4 large 12-inch burrito-sized tortillas. Then add a single layer of the 1 head romaine lettuce, a single layer of ¼ pound thinly sliced deli turkey, and a single layer of ¼ pound thinly sliced deli ham to each tortilla.
Roll the tortillas tightly, while being gentle. cover them and place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes to firm up the cream cheese mixture.
Remove from the fridge, cut off the ends, and slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch rounds. serve fresh!
