Instructions
In a large skillet, add the olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.
Add sliced zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the zucchini is tender and golden for about 7 minutes.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the zucchini and allow it to melt for a few minutes before serving.
