Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the 10 flat-bottomed hard taco shells inside a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the 3 cups cooked shredded chicken, juice from 1 lime, 2 teaspoons taco seasoning, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder. Stir until the chicken is coated with the seasonings.
Divide the chicken mixture among the taco shells and top with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until tacos are warmed through and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro. Divide the 1 ½ cups shredded romaine lettuce and 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa among the tacos and serve immediately.
