Remove the husks and silks from 4 ears fresh sweet corn.
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the corn and boil for 5-7 minutes. Remove the corn from the water using tongs and set it aside. Alternatively, you can grill or air-fry the corn! I have recipes and instructions for each method; pick your favorite!
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add ¼ cup unsalted butter and microwave until melted. Whisk in 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning.
Brush the cooked corn with the butter mixture using a basting brush.
Sprinkle the corn generously with 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped Italian parsley. Serve with fresh lime wedges to squeeze on top, if desired.

Leftover Instructions
In the Refrigerator: Cajun corn is best served fresh, but leftovers can be wrapped tightly and stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
To Reheat: Reheat the corn in the air fryer at 350°F for 3 minutes, or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
