Preheat the grill to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oil them.
Roll the 1 pizza dough, out and brush it with 2 teaspoons olive oil.
Place the pizza dough, oiled side down, on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the underside has grill marks.
Remove the pizza crust from the grill and lay it, grill side up, on a work surface. Spread the 3 tablespoons pizza sauce on the crust, followed by the ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheeseand pepperoni.
Place the topped pizza back on the grill, reduce the heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and grill until the cheese is melted and toppings are toasted, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from the grill, top with fresh basil, cut into 6 slices, and serve fresh!
