Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the 2 Ribeye, New York, or Tri Tip steaks by rubbing them with 1 tablespoon olive oil on each side.
Rub 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper on each side of the steaks.
Add the steaks to the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, turning over after 6 minutes. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, add ¼ cup softened unsalted butter, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, and 1 teaspoon fresh parsley.
Stir until the butter is smooth and combined, and serve the steaks smothered in the garlic butter!
