Ingredients

pound
lean ground beef
1
small
chopped onion
1
(1-ounce)
package taco seasoning
½
cup
water
1
(14.5-ounce)
can corn with peppers,
drained
1
(8-ounce)
package chive and onion cream cheese
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
8
ounces
cooked and drained egg noodles
Optional Toppings
cilantro
tortilla strips
olives
tomatoes
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook
1 pound lean ground beef
and
1 small chopped onion
until browned then drain the fat.
Add
1 (1-ounce) package taco seasoning
,
½ cup water
, and
1 (14.5-ounce) can corn with peppers,
to the beef mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in
1 (8-ounce) package chive and onion cream cheese
and
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
; cook until it is heated through and the cheese melts.
Serve over
8 ounces cooked and drained egg noodles
and top with optional toppings.
