I hope everyone had a great weekend! We got together with the family to celebrate the fourth of July. We had a great time going to dinner and putting on our own little firework show. It was great until one of the aerial fireworks tipped on its side and started shooting towards us! Those fireworks can be scary. We will definitely be keeping it more low key next year to say the least. But all in all we had such a great time. ๐Ÿ™‚

With summer and my boys home from school I am always trying to get creative with new lunch and dinner ideas. My boys eat so much it seems so I have to make it quick and make a lot! That is why these chicken strips were a huge hit at our house. They baked to crispy perfection in no time at all and the flavor was out of this world!

These chicken strips get coated in a buttery garlic breading. Yeah. They are amazing!

They don’t take long at all to bake in the oven and are crispy and flavorful on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. They are the best baked chicken strips we have had to date! I know that these are sure to be a hit with all ages at your house as well! ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Wow, those sure look yummy. They remind me of my favorite garlic cheddar biscuits from Red Lobster.
