These were a HUGE hit for dinner tonight. The whole family loved them. They were a nice change to the regular mini pizzas we have when I need something quick to fix.

1 standard muffin tin
Ingredients
3-4large whole-wheat flour tortillas,enough for 12 3-inch circles
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, and spray a 12-count muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Lay the tortillas out and cut 3-inch circles out of each one. Press each 3-inch tortilla circle into the cups of the cupcake tin.
In a small bowl mix together the cooked ground turkey, salsa, taco seasoning, and refried beans. Stir until well combined. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture into each wrap.
Top each meat-filled cup with shredded cheese, and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serve fresh with toppings and additional salsa for dipping!
