Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Roll out 1 tube Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough and stretch it onto the prepared baking sheet pan. Spread ½ cup pizza sauce onto the dough leaving about 2 inches from the edge.
Top with 12 slices Italian salami, 1 ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, and 16 slices pepperoni.
Starting from the long side, roll the dough into a long log, being careful not to roll too tightly. Pinch the edges to seal and fold where the seam is. Lay the stromboli seam side down.
Brush with 1 beaten egg then cut small slats across the top.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese on top of the stromboli.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the stromboli is deep golden brown and cooked through in the center. Garnish with 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley on top. Slice and serve with warm pizza sauce on the side.
