Was absolutely DELICIOUS
If I used chicken instead of pork, how would you suggest I cook it and what type? Thanks!
I haven’t tried it with chicken yet. I would highly recommend the pork for this dish but if you are needing to have chicken I would use a chicken breast if you would like to cut it into chunks. If you have time chicken thighs would also work. Cook the thighs first and then add it to the skillet. The chicken will be cooked the same as the pork or until it is cooked through at its internal temperature.
