Hey! It’s Chelsea back again from Gal on a Mission!ย With the summer heat, most of us do not want to turn our oven on even if itโ€™s just a second. Thatโ€™s one of the main reasons why I am in love with no-bake desserts, especially this no-bake nutella pie. Everyone always seems to go crazy over nutella, including me.

So you can imagine how everyone is going to react to this pie! Make sure you grab a piece of pie for yourself because it always disappears in a blink of an eye. Itโ€™s that good!

Everything about this pie is no-bake, including the homemade graham cracker crust. You will have to make sure the crust and the filling set before digging in. Canโ€™t wait? Thatโ€™s what the bowl is for. No eggs in there, so go help yourself!

No-Bake Nutella Pie

No-Bake Nutella Pie โ€“ Every part of this pie is no-bake, including the crust! So rich, creamy and decadent!ย

Refrigerate: 3 hours
Total Time: 3 hours 20 minutes
Servings: 12 Slices

Ingredients 

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 ยฝ cups graham cracker crumbs crumbs, about 9 graham cracker sheets
  • 7 tablespoons butter melted and cooled
  • ยฝ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ยผ cup light brown sugar, lightly packed

Filling

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • ยฝ cup powdered sugar
  • โ…” cup Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 (8-ounce) container Cool-Whip, thawed
  • Nutella and whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions 

Crust

  • Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they are crumbs. Pour into a medium-sized bowl. Stir in 7 tablespoons butter, ยผ cup light brown sugar, ยฝ teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1 ยฝ cups graham cracker crumbs until the crust mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Add the crust mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and press the crust mixture into the pan and up the sides. Make sure the crust is compacted together and even all around. Place the crust into the refrigerator to set for 1 hour.

Filling

  • In a large bowl using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat together 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, and ยฝ cup powdered sugar on medium speed.
  • Stir in โ…” cup Nutella and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder. Fold in the 1 (8-ounce) container Cool-Whip, until smooth and combined.
  • Pour the filling mixture on top of the crust and spread it evenly over the crust. Place the pie into the refrigerator and allow it to set for 2-3 hours.
  • Slice and serve with extra Nutella and whipped cream, on top.
