- 2 tablespoons diced pickled jalapeno more or less to your liking

Any tips on getting the cheese to melt down to a creamy consistency?
Iโve tried to make this recipe a couple of times and there is a fat layer on top and it wonโt thicken.
So I need to use different cheese?
