I still remember the first time I was ever introduced to the original muddy buddies. You know, the traditional peanut butter and chocolate ones? I was maybe ten or eleven years old and it was truly life changing. I’d never been a big breakfast eater but, maybe that’s because I was eating cereal the wrong way. Like, not covered in chocolate!

Ingredients
- 6 cups vanilla Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box coconut cream pudding mix
- ยฝ cup powdered sugar
- ยฝ cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the Chex cereal.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and toss to coat. Pour the cereal mixture into a large Zip-lock bag.
- Whisk together the pudding mix and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the cereal mixture in the bag. Seal the bag and shake to coat well.
- Add coconut flakes, toss to coat, and enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
