Vanilla coconut muddy buddies in a glass bowl.

I’m a self-taught cooking and baking fanatic, feeder of one hungry hubby, and the proud creator of these absolutely addicting Vanilla Coconut Muddy Buddies.

I still remember the first time I was ever introduced to the original muddy buddies. You know, the traditional peanut butter and chocolate ones? I was maybe ten or eleven years old and it was truly life changing. I’d never been a big breakfast eater but, maybe that’s because I was eating cereal the wrong way. Like, not covered in chocolate!

And then one day I realized that the original muddy buddy had loads of buddy cousins. Like Snickerdoodle Buddies. Hello?? Where have these been all of my life!? This recipe for Vanilla Coconut Muddy Buddies is definitely in my top five favorite muddy buddy variations. If you like coconut, or vanilla, or muddy buddies, or anything delicious at all then you MUST make these!!

  1. Please let me know, do you use instant pudding mix? I bought this but was scared to try it until I hear from you. Thanks Edi
