How Many Does it Feed?

This is exactly what you need to make your week a little easier! These five recipes will feed 4-6 people (depending on your crew). Plus, it includes a shopping list to keep things simple.

Why Should I Meal Plan?

This is not just for Type A moms or Pinterest people. Itโ€™s for you, the one juggling all the things and still trying to feed everyone without losing it. Hereโ€™s why it works:

  • No more dinner panic. Youโ€™ll actually know whatโ€™s for dinner before 4 PM hits.
  • Save that grocery money. Shop once, buy what you need, and stop tossing sad produce at the end of the week.
  • Less takeout guilt. When youโ€™ve got meals planned and ingredients ready, youโ€™re way less likely to hit the drive-thru.
  • More time with your people. Less stress over what to cook = more time for the stuff that actually matters.

My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning

I only meal plan Monday through Friday because, letโ€™s be real, weekends are a wild card. Sometimes weโ€™re out, sometimes weโ€™re winging it, and sometimes Iโ€™m just living off leftovers in leggings. If youโ€™ve got extras, donโ€™t let them go to waste, pop them in an airtight container and give yourself a break from cooking!
