School is out, and I am so excited to have my kids home! I love the slower mornings, the extra time together, and all the summer memories. But letโ€™s be real, having everyone home also means everyone is hungry all day long, so I am getting back into meal prep mode to keep the week a little less chaotic.

How Many Does It Feed?

This free weekly meal plan helps kick off your week with five easy dinners that feed 4โ€“6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids), plus a complete shopping list to keep things simple.

Why Should I Meal Prep?

If you havenโ€™t tried planning your meals ahead of time, it really can make the whole week feel less chaotic. Hereโ€™s why I swear by it:

  • Saves Time: No more 4:00 PM dinner panic. You already know whatโ€™s on the menu, what you need, and how long it takes.
  • Saves Money: A planned grocery list helps you shop smarter, use what you already have, and make the most of leftovers.
  • Less Takeout: When dinner is planned and the groceries are ready, itโ€™s so much easier to skip the drive-thru and cook at home.

My weekly menu meal preps always include a printable shopping list that is measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy! If you don’t see something you like, check out my other weekly meal plans here.

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we usually have plans over the weekend! And I always have leftovers we can use to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.

  1. Loved making Tender and Juicy Air Fryer Chicken. Such great flavors, easy to prepare. Looked just as good as I hoped it would.

  2. Good day, wonderful recipes! However my Naturopathic Dr says for me I need to eat less meat and more veggies! I like meat, but also want to be as healthy as possible! Also I have to be careful “where” I purchase meat, even I choose to eat some! What would you do?! Thank you immensely for your response!

    1. If your Dr encourages you to eat more veggies, I would suggest more salads. I have lots of yummy salads on my website! I wish I had more vegetarian meals for you.

  3. Hello. Do you plan to produce another cookbook with more recipes from the emailed recipes I’ve been receiving over the past year or so? Yes, I’m old school. I prefer book over phone when preparing meals. Would love to see another book. Thank you for the book I have! Really enjoying it.

    1. Thank you for being here! I’m so happy to hear that you’re interested in another cookbook! There aren’t any plans yet for another one, but it’s never off the table! :slightly_smiling_face: Especially when I hear encouraging comments like this from my followers. I really appreciate your feedback!
