The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Another great recipe from Lil’ Luna.  These are supposed to be the best chocolate chip cookies ever!  And after making them tonight I would say that my family all agrees!  This is the first cookie recipe that I have made that has vegetable oil in them and not shortening.  They had a really soft and chewy texture, and they didn’t last long!

Rating:  5 stars  Difficulty of recipe: 3 stars

How I changed it: Kept it the same.  Did have to increase my baking time to 12-13 minutes.

Things I may do differently next time: Nothing

Will I make it again? Yes!

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup oil

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. vanilla

3 cups flour

milk chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.

Add remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
