You guys know me and my salmon. I am o b s e s s e d. And since salmon can be intimidating to cook for some, one of my favorite ways to cook it is in foil. I absolutely love this Parmesan Garlic Herb Salmon in foil. And since making this Grilled Lime Butter Salmon this summer I fell in love with the flavor!
I knew that I wanted to bake a salmon in foil using the same delicious buttery lime combo. It is simple ingredients that packs this salmon with flavor and the result will blow you away!
This salmon only takes a matter of minutes to wrap it up in the foil. The foil seals in the buttery garlic lime flavor as it cooks creating the most tender and flaky salmon that you will ever eat.
The best part of it is that the asparagus cooks right along the side of the salmon making even less work for you at dinner. The asparagus also get the buttery lime flavor and are so perfectly crisp and tender.

You write 375 degrees for the oven, is that celcius or fahrenheit
That is Fahrenheit.
Good flavors but the cooking time was horribly off. At 25 minutes the asparagus was still almost raw and the salmon wasn’t much further ahead. For flaky fish and done asparagus it took much longer at a 375 oven temp.
That salmon is great-but if you want something quick and easy put it on the BBQ with the lid down and when almost done baste with melted butter and spiced rum! Yum yum!!!!
