Reasons This Smoothie Shines

  • Peak Peach Flavor: Frozen peaches are picked at their sweetest, so this smoothie will have maximum peach flavor.
  • Quick & Easy: Just toss, blend, and sip to your heart’s content! This peach smoothie is ready in just minutes.
  • Anytime Refreshment: A cool, energizing treat for breakfast, snack time, hot summer days, or post-workout.

Peach Smoothie Ingredients

Overhead shot of labeled ingredients.
  • Yogurt: I like to use plain non-fat Greek yogurt so I can control the sweetness. If you’re using a sweetened version, like vanilla, taste it first and adjust with honey for natural sweetness as needed.
  • Add-in ideas: Toss in frozen strawberries or pineapple for extra flavor, or blend in a handful of spinach for a nutrient boost. You wonโ€™t even taste it, but it will change the color.

How To Make the Perfect Peach Smoothie

This peach smoothie recipe comes together in just 5 minutes! Itโ€™s a quick, grab-and-go option that’s great for busy mornings.

  1. Add Ingredients: Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Blend until creamy and smooth. Pour into four glasses, and then enjoy!

Peach Smoothie Texture Tips

  • Thick Smoothie: Using frozen fruit combined with Greek yogurt will get you that thick, creamy texture you love.
  • Thinner Smoothie: Add an extra splash of juice until it reaches the desired consistency.
