I’ve been trying to find ways to use up all of the strawberries I have. I had cream cheese in the fridge so I thought why not make strawberry cream cheese? It is so easy. It is so good and goes perfect on top of a bagel. Great for those mornings when breakfast is on the run. Oh wait that is every morning!

How I changed it: I added an extra Tbs of sugar
Things I may do differently next time: There are tons of uses for cream cheese. I am going to try it in a croissant.

1 8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbs Sugar
1 cup of strawberries
Let cream cheese soften. Mash the strawberries and mix together with the cream cheese and add the sugar. I used my kitchen aid mixer and it worked great.
