Why Should I Meal Plan?

If you havenโ€™t started meal planning yet, itโ€™s time to give it a tryโ€”itโ€™s a total game-changer! Hereโ€™s why I love it:

  • Stress-Free Evenings:ย Knowing whatโ€™s for dinner takes the guesswork out of your day. No more staring into the fridge, hoping for inspiration!
  • Healthier Choices:ย When you plan ahead, you can choose meals that are balanced and nutritious, making it easier to stick to your health goals.
  • Less Food Waste:ย Meal planning helps you buy only what you need, so youโ€™re not throwing out forgotten ingredients or leftovers. Itโ€™s great for your budget and the planet!

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers that we can have to finish off the week! If you have leftovers, store them properly in anย airtight containerย in your fridge.
