These turkey cranberry sliders are super easy to make and take 30 minutes to complete. They’re great for busy weeknight dinners, and they’re the perfect way to enjoy all the delicious flavors of Thanksgiving, but with a fun twist.
- Prep: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit then spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cut Rolls: Carefully remove the entire package of rolls from the bag. Keeping the buns intact, use a serrated knife to slice all 12 rolls in half so that you have a top and bottom piece.
- Add Mayo: Spread the mayonnaise on the top and bottom halves.
- Place in Pan: Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
- Add Toppings: First, layer with turkey, then cranberry sauce, followed by the stuffing. Next, place the top portion of the rolls on top of the stuffing and press slightly.
- Butter Mixture: Melt the butter in a microwavable dish. Once the butter is melted, then stir in the garlic powder, dried onion flakes, and Italian herbs.
- Brush on Top: Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture.
