  1. None of these recipes are truly fried rice. Fried rice is actually fried by its self until golden brown…..it takes about 20 minutes and must be stirred constantly in a skillet with no oil. Then the rice is ready to use in a baked casserole recipe. I used to make this and we called it fried rice dressing, but I cannot find my recipe and can’t remember the per portions. After the rice is golden brown, celery, onions and 2 or 3 cans of soup are used, but I can’t remember and it would ruin the whole thing to have too much or too little liquid. If you have heard of this, please let me know. Thank you, Fran
