An amazingly creamy baked chicken with asiago cheese inside. It comes together quickly and will be loved by the entire family!ย
I always consider a meal a HUGE success if my picky little eight year old eats the entire thing. It is so hard to get him to eat anything that I make. So when he eats something that I make for the blog and licks his plate clean, I consider it a five star meal.
This chicken is so easy to make. You can whip it up in about 5 minutes and throw it into the oven. It bakes the chicken to perfection in a delicious and creamy sauce with asiago cheese.
Asiago cheese has been a favorite since I first discovered it in High School on an Einstein bagel. It is such a delicious cheese and added such amazing flavor to this dish. Honestly the creamy sauce that this bakes in is incredible!
If you are looking for a delicious meal that is picky eater approved look no further. This is a great quick and easy one to make this week and I know that your family is going to love it just as much as we did!

This looks delicious. I haven’t tried it yet but I have a question. In the picture, it looks like there may be sundried tomatoes or are the dark spots on the chicken, is that just brown from the cooking process?
Alyssa,
I have enjoyed every recipe on your site that i have tried.
In fact I at this very moment have the copycat Cheese Cake Factory Brown Bread in the oven!
My question for you is:
Which season salt did you use for the Asiago Chicken?
Thank you
I hope your bread turns out perfectly!
I used Lawry’s in this recipe, but you can also use homemade seasoning salt if you wish!

Very nice dish. Definitely gonna try this out at my home. Thank you so much for sharing such a great recipe.
My family really liked this. There was enough oil from the mayonnaise to make a light sauce for noodles.
Thatโs what I was thinking. ๐ค๐ผ

Did you put paprika and parsley on that when you plated It? Looks quite nice!
Yes, I did. Thank you! Hope that you can enjoy it too!
Can it be made with other cuts of chicken like thighs?
Yes, that will be great! Enjoy!
If you make half of the recipe would cook at the same temperature and the length of time
I love anything that has cheese. Amazing quick recipe. I will try and share pictures with you
Great recipe thank you for sharing
Hi,
Iโd like to try this recipe but itโs not clear if you use boneless skinless chicken breasts or bone-in by this would affect cooking time. For 45 min I would think they are bone-in but picture looks like boneless.
Thanks,
Dave

You said asiago cheese inside the chicken and yet the recipe calls for it to be on top. Which is correct?
