How Many Does it Feed?
This includes five easy dinners that serve 4–6 people, depending on whether you’re feeding adults or kids. Plus, you’ll get a shopping list to make planning and grocery shopping even easier.
Why Meal Planning Works for Me
Meal planning makes my week so much easier. I don’t have to figure out dinner at 5 p.m., and I’m way less likely to grab takeout because I already have a plan.
- Less Dinner Stress: I already know what I’m making, so there’s no last-minute scramble.
- More Variety: A plan helps me mix things up instead of making the same few dinners every week.
- More Time Together: When dinner is handled, we can actually sit down, eat, and enjoy being together.
Even planning just a few meals ahead can make a big difference!
My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list, measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers that we can have to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
