A Reader’s Review

Why This Million Dollar Dip Beats the Rest!
- Better Crunch: My Million Dollar Dip uses freshly shredded cheddar and slivered almonds for the perfect mix of creamy and crunchy.
- Flavor That Gets Better: This dip’s flavor gets better as it chills, so you can make it ahead and it’ll taste even better the next day!
- Simplicity Without Sacrifice: My Neiman Marcus Dip comes together in minutes and has the perfect balance of rich, salty, and savory flavors.
Million Dollar Dip Ingredients

- Almonds: Toast your almonds before for maximum nutty flavor.
- Cheese: Use freshly shredded cheddar for the best taste and texture. You can also use aged Gouda or Gruyere.
- Flavor Boosts: Add extra flavor with 1 Tablespoon ranch seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or a few dashes of hot sauce!
- Mayonnaise: You can substitute mayo for sour cream, cream cheese, or Greek yogurt. I have found that mayonnaise works best.

One of our Bunco Gals brought this dip to our Bunco game last night. It was a BIG HIT with all players. There was not one bite left !! #1 in our group!!
This is amazing and simple, I have made it 3 times and everyone has loved it! Several have asked for the recipe!
As a substitute for the Mayo. You can use mashed potato and sweet potato. This is something that is a take on a Greek Skordilla dip. Look it up.
This recipe was super easy! I cooked a pack of bacon in the skillet and added a little bit of the bacon grease to the dip.
Delicious and super simple and fast to make. I’ve made it multiple of times and my family and friends request it for every gathering!
Made this for work and e everyone loved it just as it was.
Hi I’m not a huge fan of mayo… do you think cream cheese mixed with some sour cream would be good?
You are welcome to try that in place of mayo. Let me know how you like it.
How do you think it would taste if I added a cup of shredded chicken to this recipe?
That sounds delicious! Let me know how you like it!
This recipe is similar to one I make but we use Gouda cheese and spread it on French bread and stick in the oven under broiler for a few minutes until a golden bubbly! My family goes NUTS for it!
This sounds delicious and so simple to make; however, the calories per serving sounds very high. Is that accurate…3730 per serving?
It was not accurate or correct. I just fixed it for you. Thank you for letting me know.
How much does this make? I am hosting a party for around 150 people and need to know how many times would I need to make it for that quantity. I will be serving this with other appetizer foods too.
I actually wouldn’t make it too big if you are making other appetizers. This will feed about 10 to 15 people munching on it throughout one night. You can triple it or quadruple it and have enough. Not everyone will eat it and those that do won’t make it into a meal, especially if you have other appetizers going on.
Hi I need enough dip for a crowd of 60. Just quadruple the recipe?
Yes, I would quadruple the recipe. You can even make a few different dips so you are not making just one big one if you need to. That sounds like a great party though!
I love any dip with cheese, bacon and green onions! Yum, if I calculate correctly off the top of my head I think this would be about 4 cups dip divided by 12 people equals about 5 TBSP or ⅓ c dip per person. That should be plenty when serving with other apps/ meal etc? I’m thinking tailgating!! Thanks Katie! I love the recipe.
Could this be made into a cheese ball?
Yes! That is a great idea!! Let me know how it turns out.
Hi Alyssa, put one half teaspoon cayenne pepper in your million dollar dip and taste the amazing WOW in mouth! Deliciously amazing.
I made this today for a birthday party tomorrow. I used Mayo made from Olive oil and cut with some sour cream. I’m hoping the flavors blend overnight, when I first sampled it was really salty with a heavy Mayo taste. Any idea on how to dilute; I’m lenient in bringing this tomorrow.
