The first time I made this I accidentally used onion powder instead of garlic, it was still pretty good. The second time I made it I was careful not to repeat my mistake and it was much better. Highly reccomend.
How long would this last in the refrigerator?
5 to 7 days!
What flavor of liquid smoke? I have cherry, pecan, hickory, mesquitte, and apple. Which one do you use?I know I can use any of these but what do you use?
Itโs a smoky flavor. You wonโt find it with the baking flavors. Youโll need to look near the bbq sauces are. Itโs basically a cheat to add smokey flavor in a short amount a time or if you donโt have a smoker.
Is it O.K. to use STUBB’S liquid smoke for flavoring or should I stick with regular liquid smoke?
Either will work!
