How is your summer going so far? Can you believe we are already in July? Our summer is jam-packed with so many activities that it has just flown by for us.

We had both of my girls birthdays in June, one scout camp, preschool graduation, lacrosse camp, and the list seems to go on.

We have had countless BBQ’s and that is one of our favorite parts of summer. We always have foil pack potatoes as a side dish.

These are so easy to make and can be made ahead of time to save

We are a meat and potato type family and my boys especially love potatoes. You can never go wrong with garlic parmesan potatoes at your next gathering. They are always such a hit!

    1. Hi Karla, thank you for the question! I would say bake at about 375 for 20-30 minutes, checking for doneness. Let me know how they turn out!

  1. Can I do these in the oven? I want to make for a dinner party tonight and we are baking everything. Thanks! Love your stuff!

    1. Yes! Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes until cooked through depending on the size of the packet.

    1. This all depends on your personal grill. There are some things I grill with the lid open like my steaks but with this foil packet I like to close the lid. It is a preference and also personal grill.

  2. Alyssa, your foil pack Parmesan Garlic potato recipe looks great. I’ll be trying it soon. Thanks so much.
